Eligibility for Returns:

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Returns are accepted if the product is damaged, leaked, or expired upon arrival.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refund Process:

• Email us at info@theecoshine.com with your order number, pictures of the product, and the reason for return.

• Once approved, you can ship the product back to us.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products used or opened are not eligible for return unless defective upon delivery.
